Clarke Road Transport Flatbed Division (CRT) is one of Atlantic Canada’s fastest growing flatbed operations which is located in the city of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is strategically located to serve one of the major port gateways to serve North America.
CRT is an irregular route carrier and has two other locations. One based in St Johns, NL which focuses on the oil explorations/ drillings, as well as, the natural resource and mining industry. The second office is located in Milton, ON, a suburb of Toronto, ON, which focuses their efforts on connecting the Central Canadian manufactures and suppliers to the US markets.
CRT FB customer focus is widely spread and is specialized in many areas area’s of Transportation:
• General freight both Less Than Truckload (LTL) & Truckload (TL) services.
• Team drivers, for the required time sensitive movements (Hot shots).
• variety of trailer types such as flatbeds, stepdecks, double drops, mini decks, expandable trailers of various configurations, to state of the art equipment focusing on the wind energy market such as blade trailers, schabel trailers, machine head trailers etc.
Complete Project Management inclusive of but not limited to the following: expediting, warehousing, rail, cranes, rigging, block and bracing, barging and international freight forwarding.
